Between Time and Place - a Photography Exhibition in Khan Al Ahmar

One-day "pop-up" exhibition in Ibrahim's tent at Khan Al Ahmar, showcasing the life of the Bedouins from the Jahalin tribe. The launch event will feature lectures, traditional Bedouin cuisine, and a musical performance by Adel Mseis.

Just days before the state's submission of its response to the High Court regarding the eviction of Khan Al Ahmar, this exhibition will display dozens of photographs by Yaniv Nadav, a photographer who has been documenting the tribe for twenty years. These photographs capture the essence of the Jahalin tribe, depicting their lives as they navigate between time and place, much like the tribesmen themselves. For them, every moment holds the possibility of being the last in a place they have called home for decades.
