Between Time and Place - The Jahalin

A one-day "pop-up" exhibition documenting the lives of the Bedouin members of the Jahalin tribe, which will be displayed in Ibrahim's tent in Khan al-Ahmar. The launch event includes lectures, traditional Bedouin food, and a musical performance by Adel Mseis. A few days before the state's response to the High Court (additional) is submitted regarding the evacuation of the khan, the exhibition presents dozens of photographs by photographer Yaniv Nadav - Photographer, who has documented the tribe for twenty years. The images move between time and place, just like the members of the Jahalin tribe, for whom any moment could be the last time, in a place that has been their home for decades.
